That's what I go to school for

(F21 shirt, singlet and skirt, Cheap Monday tote, socks from Takashimaya D. S., Urban Outfitters oxfords)

Dad: "Going out at this time?"
Me: "No la, preparing for school."
Dad: *roll eyes*

So dad caught me parading in this outfit last night, not surprising to both parties. Anyway, first day of school was fine- not exactly boring nor interesting. I was early, like 45 minutes early. And I sat alone, watching students stroll into the classroom with friends, I really wished I had some but.. I think I can survive two hours on my own. And I did (like duh). Seriously, I have been wondering around shopping malls these days; shopping, eating, just hanging around not doing anything, all without the company of anyone. Though I have yet to catch a movie alone, neither do I want to cos it is just tooooo weird. It's sucha chore to initiate a conversation and you know.. socialise or make myself visible, maybe I'll just let others befriend me. Do I look approachable enough? Oh well, we'll just have to see how it goes tomorrow. Wish me luck :)

I cant think of a title

Hey all! Wow I am actually updating my blog almost every day although some entries were pretty short, but still.. this is an achievement for me! As you can see, my fringe is relatively shorter than before cos I got really, like extremely irritated with it being so flat and boring and it just pisses me off whenever I look into the mirror. And so, I decided that this has to go, else I'll spend the rest of the week or month or year hating it even more.

Lately, my camera seemed to be following me around and this is why the following entry that you're viewing is gonna be filled with pictures! I guess im beginning to like photography, especially when it comes to fooooood. And if you have noticed, I dont actually take a lot of photos of myself with people (friends), I mean I try to but it just doesnt comes naturally. Oh well.

Last Wednesday, Jana, MC and myself found ourselves too bored with life and decided to party. It began with Arena, where I was given another lovely surprise by MC!

Yes, it is a handy waterbottle from Agnes b! I'll probably carry it to school every day with coffee (that I make from home on early days) or just water (on unfortunate, late days).

The three of us proceeded to Attica where we met an extremely generous (maybe nice or was he nice to everyone?) bartender whom gave us extra, exclusive shots. I think Attica has a fair number of good looking people, especially Caucasians, but I heard from my brother that they actually employ these people (whom are actually models) to attract customers. Anyway, our final destination was Zouk which was a horrifying experience such that I swear I wont be stepping into that club till Halloween, no not even near that.
-
That night, Zouk was 85% filled with army dudes and seriously these guys are plain desperate. Like 1) they grind you, 2)they hold your waist, and poor you (which is me) brush their hands off yet they dont freaking back off and repeat step 1 and 2. For once, I wished there were guy friends around to punch them right in their faces.
-
That is not all, apparently this bunch of seriously disgusting baboons that were surrounding us were so persistent such that one of them even attempted to block MC while she was trying to move away from that area and I even had to yell at him, 'are you freaking desperate or what??!!' Oh god, I was fuming at that point of time and for the rest of that day until Ron magically appeared.
---
Orientation was on Friday! But I gave it a miss despite leaving my house at 7.20am and hopping onto a sardine packed train. Strangely, I found myself walking toward 313's Coffee Bean with My Paper and waiting for the store to open at 9am before ordering a cappuccino and a classic tart yoghurt. Got home with shopping bags, seriously this is the only thing I am good at. Sigh.

---
Saturday, my parents and I went to Goodwood Park Hotel for a splendid English high tea buffet. Okay, my fat fingers are beginning to feel a little cranky and I shall just let the photos below narrate the entire experience :)

Mom says Hi.

That was how I turned three months pregnant. Then, K swing by town and my dreamcatcher was sent for repair after our fringes got snipped off.

Good as brand new!

I am officially a shopaholic, kill me.

That's all. xx

Boredom leads me to the kitchen

Hola amigos!
My second attempt at making waffles yesterday turned out pretty well, I mean those waffles tasted a lot better than before. But I foresee another makeover for this receipe because it is nowhere near perfect. Apparently, I even tried using the remaining bars of Calbury milk chocolate in my refrigerator to create chocolate flavored ones.

Being an absolutely good pal, I gave some of these to Leonard! Lets just hope they dont end up in his bin. xx

In a spilt second

I can totally list 10 reasons why I hate rainy days. You see, im all dressed and ready to meet @jannassa and BAM the rain comes. Singapore is bound to sink, anytime- with the ridiculous weather and amount of people on this island. Anyway, that's not my point. Im here to show you my new pair of dreamcatcher earrings which only cost $4.90! Yay!

Back

HELLO EVERYONE (okay why do I make it sound like I have a lot of readers?!)!

Gees, after neglecting this blog like two months, I have decided to make a come back! Right, so much have happened over these few months and I really dont know where to begin. I know there's this annoying box that keeps appearing whenever you enter my site, that's because I have locked my twitter account so I'll prolly try to remove my twitter from my blog and all.

So.. I'm back from Australia! It was definitely a good 20 days spent there with the company of A and L! The weather was seriously harsh on us, especially when the wind blows! Shopping was alright, they kinda have their own range of brands over there like Sportsgirl, Valleygirl, Forever New (instead of 21 haha), Dotti, Supre etc. But the best thing is, they have vintage stores unlike Singapore! Well, shopping is not exactly cheap there but once in a while you'll find something like a $10 hoodie or jacket which isnt too bad at all, I guess.

Besides shopping, there's eating.. Yea like a hell lot of food binging going on (which explains our tragic weight gain). But seriously, you cant miss out on their foodie, it's like going to err Japan and not trying out sushi? Speaking of sushi, I think Melbourne offers amazing roadside sushi (especially at the city)! They are huge, they taste great and they are cheap! Like $2.30 for takeaway and $2.50 for dining-in (and obviously we'll go for the former!).

We didnt do much of sightseeing but that's because we werent exactly interested anyway. Well, we re-visited many places cos we couldnt get enough of them and one good example is Max Brenner! Seriously, we need to feed on hot chocolate (cappuccino in my case) like every day due to the cold weather. It's that insane, I know.

Alright, so my birthday was spent in Melbourne and I practically missed out all the celebration(s) in Singapore! Now that im back, where are all my presents?! Nay im just kidding, peace out folks. xx

Ps. More photos up on FB (though im not quite done with them yet!).
