Antoinette at The Scarlet Hotel

This week is all about catching up with my girlfriends. Just a couple of hours ago, I had a quick dinner with Stephy at Antoinette. But I still can't believe how clumsy I was today; dropped a knife, flipped the sandwich off my plate, slipped but managed to retain my balance just in time to avoid an embarrassing fall. Then, I had problems with the credit cards while trying to pay for my school fees, after braving the rain which made my hair messy and my stockings wet. So I'm crossing my fingers as I type, praying that tomorrow will be a better day. X

TWG, one of my favourite places to have high tea.

This afternoon, K and I managed to catch up with friends whom we haven't seen for months/years- Leonard, Farhana and Benjamin. It's a pity P doesn't fancy English high tea :( otherwise he would have joined. Anyway, we concluded that boys can never appreciate such dainty affairs cause as soon as we finished our tea session, they headed for Macs to grab a burger. Like seriouslyyy? Should have settled for Outbacks instead. Hmm, I have a list of places in my head that I really wanna explore this holiday, can't wait to grab P and/or K along for my foodie adventure! X

I can't wait to...

Hit the 'submit' button for my international media studies major essay. But I am only a quarter done with it, shall work doubly if not triply hard tonight to get at least 2/3 of it completed by the time the sun rises, and finish the rest of it when I wake up at noon tomorrow.

Currently suffering from withdrawal symptoms cause I have spent the last four days with P and we parted this morning, partially due to our inability to complete assignments whenever we are together :( I miss you, my furry creature!

Okay enough distraction, now back to nerdin'!

Last night's conversation.

Me: How come at one point in time you wanted to marry xxx (one of his exs)?

P: It's not about wanting to marry someone baby, it's about how long that thought actually lasted or will last.

Me: Do you think we'll last?

P: It all depends on you, how you'll eventually change/behave when you enter the workforce..
